Why can I not chose my favourite mask with my air mini? Why don’t all the masks have the same connectors so the patient can chose what suits them best? Or at least provide easy adaptors.

The product is good and does what it says. But when I purchased it, it was out of stock, this was not stated on the website or my confirmation of purchase email. I had to call to be told this. I then wait 4 weeks for it to arrive.

Service felt indifferent and disengaged, with little effort to help or communicate clearly. The experience left me feeling unvalued and disappointed overall.

I'm very happy with the Resmed online store , Articles are well priced and well packed, and delivery was much quicker than I expected. I have an S10 at home and I have just bought an air mini for traveling. I'm exceptionally happy with resmed products.

Service was exceptional

Consultant was lukewarm re my issues with my air mini. I had purchased it online for $899. At this price it was missing various essential parts - appropriate mask, HumidX. Consequently it was extremely noisy and practically useless. She suggested I try a HumidX and hope I would find it better then. She was there, but happy to let me sort out the problem myself. I have since purchased the rest of the kit locally and after receiving excellent service, I am happily using the machine.

Ordering Resmed products online is very easy with great service and quick delivery.

My consultant Kayla, is very pleasant & quite informative & very helpful. I Can't complain. Overall a very good experience.

Resmed staff are very helpful and supportive

I don't think it is a very good design. It keeps slipping off during sleep.
