I ordered two chinstraps. Went to collect them and I was told 'ohh we only have one'. No resolution, wanting to refund and wash their hands. Shocking customer service. I have made a complaint to ACCC. A business cannot sell what they don't have.

Hi It was not the product I wanted but the sales assistant told me it was the only one I could use with my machine. I’ve only used it twice & don’t like it as I’m not getting enough air in, air is hissing out from the mask & it is very uncomfortable. I had wanted to purchase the nasal only one.

I had nothing to do with your online store. I tried unsuccessfully phoning the 1 800 number to make an appointment at your Brighton store in South Australia and ended up driving there and was very happy with the service I got.

Resmed staff is nice and helpful. A F40 full face mask is noise and uncomfortable. Since I used the F40. I can’t sleep as too much noise from face mask. Even the results show improved. But 3:00 am I still awake. I will try to use the A30i and N30i within this week to find which mask is fit me.

Friendly staff. Knowledgeable about product. Price matched competitors price.

Wrong mask

My third attempt at overnight testing I made appointment to attend Thurs night shop instal and the young attendant didn't know what to do - hopeless I had to wait an hour before the other attendant to strap me up

They are always open when needed even during Christmas break. Will be my number one place from now on.

Resmeds customer service & Trials are second to none. I'm extremely happy with the quality of their products as well. If only more companies in Australia could take the same approach as Resmed 🙂 5 stars from me 👍 Kind regards, Byron QLD
