Service was good, but I had to go to the shop 4 different times to get what I needed. I think everyone trying a new type of mask should try it on with the CPAP machine on so they can see how effective it is.

The strap helps the mask stay in place so that the air can flow smoothly, with only the occasional leak. Staff incredibly patient and helpful.
