I visited the Resmed Macquarie Park shop to buy accessories for CPAP machine. The lady who served me was polite and friendly. She is also knowledgeable to answer enquiries about the product I were after. She also helped me to amend the settings in my CPAP machine. One item not in stock and need to ship from warehouse to my home. It was processed efficiently, it was posted in the following day and I received one day after. The packing was good too.

Each time I go to Resmed there are different staff who usually give conflicting advice. They are always pleasant but can’t understand the huge turnover of staff
