Product correct no issues with order good work

I bought the Air Mini as my travelling machine. Although I have travelled with my Resmed AirSense 11, The small foot print and lightness makes it perfect for when I am using my backpack. It is easy to set up, and can sit where ever there is some spare space, even on the bed.

Great. The technician was attentive, helpful & followed up on how I managed with the mask. It was very beneficial to be able to loan a mask before purchasing as I then knew that it was worth the investment

The shop assistant ordered the mask with the wrong fitting piece that covers the face. I didn't know this and wondered why it looked different when it arrived. It has the material version which I did NOT order. I have since had to pay for the correct piece! I am very very dissapointed this happened and I won't be in any hurry to buy from you again.

It's much easier for me to order online and have what I need delivered. The Resmed Website makes it easy and I got my order within 2 days
