Not happy with the product. Cushion is too soft and succumbs if the straps are tightened which leads to air leakage. Would want to replace the product

Shipping was reasonably fast considering Australia post.

easy to deal with

Rented a Airsense10 CPAP complete unit last week due to lost luggage returning from an interstate flight . Only when getting ready for bed discovered the seal in the humidifier tank missing. Tired from travel then got no sleep then returned the unit and ws refunded but such a waste of my time no sleep and very annoyed. Front of house apology was and is not sufficient!!!
