Every paddle I’ve had from these folk has been excellent. I’ve used the silent storm and both varieties of the pricier ones. I’m a short handle person so I don’t do the e versions. But I’ve got all the others and the silent storm it an incredible bargain right now. Just try it.

Great product great customer service the paddle needs to evolve and go to a 2. 0 version of it getting better so it doesn’t come apart on the edges, but the overall product is phenomenal and adds to my abilities on the court

I added some weight to my new owl paddle on both sides. What a difference turn my soft game into a finesse game and the paddle still has plenty of power to put it down the middle when you need it I love it.

The on line delivery was fine, however, the customer service afterwards was terrible. recently purchased 12 of your Owl pickleballs along with a new racquet. The order number for the racquest and balls was 10129. After playing with the balls for one 90 minute session, three (3) of the ball developed cracks and were no longer playable. What can be done to remedy this issue? I have sent 7-8 emails to customer service and was not given a reply of any kind. I responded to delivery emails from Owl, contacted the support team through the Owl Web page, etc. and received no response!

I have purchased 3 OWL paddles in total. The first time I purchased one OWL paddle in last July, and I received 3 free pickleballs and the edge guard, but the paddle was not packed in the nice black gift box as it shown on the Website. I purchased two more OWL paddles in last October as the prize for an international tournament. I assumed it would have come with the free pickleball and sunscreen lotion as they shown on the website, but none of them was included. One paddle was packed in a very nice black gift box, but another one was just packed in a regular cardboard. It would look very nice to present one paddle in a nice black gift box to the winner of the tournament, but how about the second paddle? Both paddles are the same price. It is so awful to present another paddle without the nice gift box which makes it looks like the value of the paddle is less than the one in the nice black gift box. I questioned the Customer Support how shipping balls and sunscreen from British Columbia to the Atlantic provinces could involve U. S. customs duties. Three weeks have passed, and I still haven't received a reply from them. The paddles themselves are fine and I enjoy using it. However, their customer services and promotions are extremely unreliable and disappointing. Furthermore, they don’t provide contact phone number and contact them must be done by email. Their customer supports only selectively responded the emails. This was my first and worst online shopping experience in Canada.
