I'm so excited by the
I'm so excited by the idea of ditching some individual pills for one great solution that tastes great! I can put it in a smoothie or make a sweet or savory pudding. Either way, it's delicious and easier to pack on trips (plus gives me a source of 60 nutritious calories which can be a lifesaver when I'm away). I wouldn't have thought of it if I hadn't retaken the supplement survey on drfurhman. com. It's a great idea to redo the survey, to see if one's needs have changed and to find out about new products. In addition to this, I'm taking the plant stanols (LDL Protect), the OsteoProtect and Omega 3s, and I often enjoy his protein powder as well. But this replaces the multivitamin I was taking plus a couple of others.
