I had a bad case of brain fog and for over a year nothing I did really helped to get rid of it. I started with the Complete Greens, thinking I needed it added to my diet. Then learned about his DHA-EPA Omega 3 supplementation and added that to my daily regime. Within a few weeks the brain fog lessened, then would come and go, then it went away and stayed away. I regained all my quick mental clarity to what I always use to be. This combination was just what my body needed to add to my going to Nutritarian diet and I've always had a good lifestyle.
