I can not give a honest review at this time. This is all new to me. I need to understand how long to keep the bag submerged in the water.

The APO is an incredible machine. I have used it countless times in the 4 weeks I've owned it and might have used my oven once. I started getting rid of my other kitchen appliances such as my sous vide circulator, toaster oven, air fryer, and more. Bagless sous vide steak and chicken have come out better than my bagged sous vide circulator in less time. I cooked a frozen pizza in less time with better crust than my oven all without heating up my kitchen. The APO is a little slower with air frying, warming (microwave), and toasting but I'm getting better more consistent results with it than any of the other appliances. It is by far my favorite cooking appliance and the only thing I'm not happy with is that I waited so long to buy it.

The lid doesn’t seal well and rattles while vacuum is running. I’m disappointed in the product.

The precision of temperature control and ability to control humidity makes all the difference. There is a bit of learning curve but that's the fun part for me. I am very happy with my purchase.

Received the oven about 2 weeks and it works well. The only thing bother me is. I bought it for mother day’s gift and only got 10% off. Less then a month, you offer additional 20% for father day sale. This is very unfair to all the mothers who bought the ovens.

Absolutely love our new Anova Combi Oven. We’ve used it for everything from crispy chicken wings, to reheating pizza, to perfectly cooked shrimp. I would definitely recommend to others looking for a multi-purpose oven, it does it all, and it does it well!

Currently own the Anova Oven and the Anova Chamber Sealer. Both excellent products. Ordered 2 packs of chamber sealer bags for $60,00 dollars that were charged to my credit card immediately. Nowhere on the site when I ordered did it say there would be a two month wait. If I saw the delay I would have never ordered. Just seems like it would be reasonable to charge for the product prior to shipping. I was provided a full refund when I canceled the order. Just very inconvenient.

I consider myself a great cook but my Anova has taken it to new heights

I'm torn because I love the functionality of the oven, but the cleaning is a nightmare. Everything I've cooked has been incredible and I love the oven itself and the app (despite some small issues that you get used to). The issue is after using it once or twice, it became irreparably dirty. I even followed the directions and got EasyOff type cleaner that I thought would help a lot and it did almost nothing. The grime seems to be completely baked into the walls and it looks pretty terrible no matter what I do.

Very high quality products that hold up over heavy use. We routinely cook for 30-50 people in my extended family. I own two precision cookers and one combi oven. They work perfectly and reliably - especially on a 24hr plus cook. I thought my wife was going to kill me when I replaced our convection toaster oven with the combi oven - she loves that she can start it remotely on the way home from sports practice to cook the kids frozen nuggets. Everybody wins!

Seriously don't know how I'd live without it at this point. Being able to Cook meat from frozen with ease and not compromise on quality is such a wonderful thing. Everything I plop into the oven turns out great. It must be some kind of voodoo magic.
