This oven is really quite amazing. It opens up a whole new culinary world of dishes that could never be done in a conventional oven. The Anova Oven app works incredibly and has tons of recipes to follow just one click away. I have been recommending this oven to everyone I know. I speak very highly of it.

Temp changed at end of timer and was rising out of control is this normal

Absolutely terrible customer service. Took days for a reply. Repeatedly lying to me saying an email with a tracking id was sent even though there was none. The the cs agent was confronted, he sent me another one saying a tracking id was included in this particular email. To my surprise, there was none. When I pointed that out and asked if he's making fun of me he finally apologized and sent in the tracking id. All of this could be avoided simply with a barely competent cs agent who can copy and paste a tracking id into an email and send it. All of this took more than a week. All my calls went straight to voicemail too, how nice. 1 last straw was when I asked for a return for a refund, another agent told me I have to take a picture of the serial number at the bottom of the device. How ridiculous!.

This is one of the most innovative kitchen appliances out there. I've been interested in chamber sealers for a while - you can seal liquid and powder, which you can't do with traditional vacuum sealers, and the bags are so much cheaper.. This chamber sealer does all that and 3 better with it's clever additions. So far I've used the infuse/extract feature to make orange zest infused whiskey (tastes amazing in a Manhatten), and instead of waiting 3 weeks, it takes 3 minutes. Amazing. I've used the compress/pickle feature to make lime pickled onions for Mexican tacos, and it turns out so delicious - usually you have to keep them in the fridge for a few hours for the onions to pickle and the onions get a little limp. But with the Anova Chamber Sealer, it takes a few minutes AND the onions retain their crispy texture. I haven't used the dry/cool feature yet, but that is also a creative addition. The other feature I really like is that the unit doesn't weigh 80 pounds (a lot of the chamber sealers do!) And it's a more reasonable size for my kitchen. Anova customer service is great, too! I was having trouble with the bags vacuuming/sealing, and I contacted customer service. They immediately offered to replace the unit. Turns out ot was user error (me) not the machine, and fortunately I was able to figure that out. It works great and I'm really pleased that Anova stands behind their products. This is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time and I highly recommend it.

It works amazing holds exact temperature, great investment. Use it 3-4 times a week

I really like the product. The recipes on your website have been hit or miss. It would be nice if recipes were verified by professionally trained culinary resources. Examples: rice and asparagus recipes. I would like more ideas for pickled and infused products using the chamber vacuum.

Great site, would love to see routine chamber sealer recipes and ideas!

I love it. Very easy to use .

First bake on the steel. Came out perfect but had to lower temp to 450 and it was a beautiful golden. Otherwise same as recipe on the app. It will be eaten today by a group camping with my Daughter in Michigan’s U.P today.

I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with Anova products, e.g. APO and vacuum sealer. Service is outstanding, as well.

I bought the top of the line setup and am somewhat disappointed. This was like a $500 order. The air sealer is the worst part. That thing needs to be much more powerful in all regards and somewhat larger in width. Air still gets trapped inside of the bag and that is a major problem for sous vide. The top of the line bucket feels like something I could have put together myself for a fraction of the price by going to a hardware store / home depot.

The sight is easy to navigate and gives precise information. The recipe section is the BEST!

Thoroughly enjoy the sous vide and its results. The food we have prepared in this product has been fantastic!

Awesome product, but the real super star is the app. The cooking guide times, recipes and layout are phenomenal.
