Great customer service and love my silicon mat!

Temperature accuracy is utterly amazing. User interface transcends simplicity. Component and build quality is beyond top notch. Industry leading warranty fuels even more confidence in the machine's dependability. All of these astonishing traits, yet the product is sold at a consumer friendly price point. Anova has absolutely nailed it!

Purchased the Anova Precision Oven about a month ago and so far am really liking what I can do in it. I Sous Vide cook fruits to use as toppings on plain yogurt and it turns out great. I have used the steam feature when reheating some bread products and it keeps it moist.

It took a couple of tries to get the process down, but after that, the machine works great. The seal looks good and should protect the item sealed from freezer burn.

Oven packaging was tough enough to handle shipping mishandling. Product arrived in perfect condition. There a better discount appeared on the site after our order arrived and customer service quickly made up for it by giving us a refund of the difference. The oven has been performing great.

Immersion circulator is great. The vac is great the one thing I think the vac is a little underpoewered. I bought if for the double seal I always double seal both end of the bag for years. This make it one faster.

Anova had a great sale on and we decided to take the plunge. It's been a great investment, can't wait to cook the Christmas Prime Rib in the Anova! Until then we're using it in a variety of ways.

It’s good works very well

If you want to cook perfect steak this is the tool to have. As long as you do a quick and fast sear, you'll the exact doneness you want. My only gripe is the circulation motor has a loud whine. If the sous vide is a few feet a way it can be annoying.

The oven is magic, we love it. I will never use a bag and water again!

I’ve had my chamber sealer for approximately 1 month. So far I have really enjoyed it and have been happy with how it is performing. Originally I had been looking at bigger chamber sealers, however those sealers were much more expensive. So far I’ve done over 50 pounds of venison snacks sticks as well as 15 pounds of smoked salmon. For the price I feel this sealer is hard to beat.

The vacuum sealer is all you said it would be. I enjoy using it to seal my meats, and the pickles I made are delicious.

Products are good, but the pre-paid fast shipping option was not fulfilled, and we had to submit several requests for assistance in returning the product as it arrived too late to be useful. Once returned, the company did not process our refund until we requested it several weeks later. Overall, poorly run customer support.

I love my ANOVA sous vide pro model. It’s very user-friendly you do not have to use the app. With the touch of a button you can set everything up very easily. I do a lot of long ferments and sous vide and long cooks in this model will last and is sp precise.

I have a great deal of respect for companies that stand behind their products! Anova is one of those companies! And their oven is awesome! We are very pleased

I have purchased 6 circulators. Actually, I first got 2 from Costco. Then I purchased 2 pro models for 2 sons. Then I got the pro model and last was “Red”. I cook a LOT. Including pit master BBQ. I’ve used for brisket, ribs and OMG what you can do with Pork Belly & Steaks. This does not let you do anything you can’t already do. But it does make those things easier and more accurate. Kinda like set it and forget it.
