I like the sound quality and the battery life, however, I think there could be a few changes to make it better. I would like it if there was an actual power button to turn it on and off. I'm not always home and I don't want to carry the case around with me all the time. As far as the sound goes occasionally when I looked down or tilt my head to the side there will be an echo for a few seconds and then it goes away.

I love all Shokz products including the Comm2. The only issue with those is that it does not come on mini version and the head band is too wide and keeps moving because of long hair. .

I have tried many headphones over the years, but these genuinely surprised me. The sound quality is excellent, calls are clear, and the overall listening experience feels very different in a good way. The open-ear concept is fantastic. Being able to enjoy music while still staying aware of your surroundings is a huge advantage. Having free ears feels much more natural and comfortable in daily life. The build quality and materials feel absolutely premium. From the moment you hold them, they give the impression of a high-end product made with great attention to detail. The only small thing worth mentioning is that after longer use I slightly feel some pressure behind my ears. I believe this is more related to my personal anatomy rather than the product itself, because they are not actually tight or painful, just a noticeable feeling after wearing them for a while. Also, if you are expecting extremely loud headphones, these are probably not made for that. But honestly, that is understandable considering the open-ear design. The trade-off is absolutely worth it for the comfort of keeping your ears open and staying aware of your surroundings. One thing I would really love to see more often is discounts. I waited almost a year to finally catch these at around $140 instead of the usual ~$180 price, and it was absolutely worth it. If that price comes back again, I will immediately buy a pair for my wife and daughter as well. Now I am also seriously interested in the OpenFit Pro, but at around $250 it feels a bit too expensive for me. If there is ever a discount bringing them closer to the $180-$190 range, I would probably buy three pairs immediately 😊 So for now, I will be patiently waiting and also keeping an eye on discounts for your other products. Highly recommended.

Took longer than I would have liked to receive, could have gotten on Amazon much faster; however, I opted to order directly from Shokz as the bag was free with purchase. I opted to save the $29. 95 that the bag would have cost to purchase separately.
