These new shokz work great and I am very happy! Excited to try out the wind resistant microphones, which is a big pain point that I'm very happy has been addressed. I just wish there were more colors available, I really liked my grey ones before they broke.

Great website, customer service, packaging, and delivery. Wonderful sound, easy to use, non-noise-canceling (important for the streets/paths I frequent). One issue is that they don't fit perfectly if you wear glasses.

Dear Shokz - Thank you for these fine buds. The open ear design, high quality audio/mic, and the excellent APP are great and head and shoulders above anything else I have tried. I would like for you to add amplification of voices to enhance my hearing when in a crowd or when talking with someone who is standing far away. I think this would be a very successful marketing addition and it's just a software thing. You clearly have all the hardware in the phones that are needed.
