The tapping to answer phone calls does not always work.

Service and shipping were great. Unfortunately the OpenRun Pro 2 isn't working for me. I can't hear when there's traffic unless I hold them over my ears, unlike my previous set.

They came in a very timely manner as expected. The only thing I would have liked that was not included was the part that plugs into the wall. It would have been nice to have that to keep in the case with the new headset and cord.

Excellent headset

So I really like these. My only issue and I think it was my own fault is that they’re too big. So they don’t sit as well as they could. I think they had a different size that I should have gotten. And then I could give this, a higher rating but again this was my own fault. But I highly recommend these, but make sure you check the sizing.

This is my second pair (I upgraded) and I love them! I am a truck driver and hear calls and music clearly even with all the road noise!! I HIGHLY recommend!!

This product is fantastic. I’ve gone through many different players from different vendors and this company is the best! I’ve had more than one item from Underwater Audio for example and their customer service is TERRIBLE! Shokz is the only company I will do business with going forward.

When I am using machines, like a lawnmower, or on an airplane I will place ear plugs in my ears and the Shokz function like noise cancelling headphones without the weight or the hot ears you get under headphones.

I have enjoyed using them. Diferente listening experience.
