I’ve had the open run for years and love them for running. Bought the open swim this week and love them. Surprised how good it sounds under water.

When I needed help their technical people were very good in resolving my issue.

Sound is amazing, a step above the previous version. The battery life is advertised to be 12 hours, however if I use the headset for 2,3 hours, it says battery medium. I haven't run it completely out, so maybe it just says battery medium too fast.

These head phones are great! No wind noise when talking or listening. Perfect for walking or talking with the windows down.
