I had some Shokz open run that lasted about 4 years. Wore them pretty much every day. Thought I would give these a shot. They sound great. Not quite as comfortable as the open run, but the sounds makes up for that. Good purchase.

Headsets are great. They were delivered 2 days later than stated and I noticed 2 days after I ordered them they were cheaper on Amazon with the same color I desired. Headphones sound great and works well with Apple products.

I need to exchange this for the smaller version. How may I do so?

Just got a pair of the OpenRun Pro 2 and love them. They pair quickly with my watch and the sound is good and easy to hear when running in a busy park. The new charging cable makes is much easier to charge than the older versions also

For a little over a year, the Shokz OpenFit 2 have been my go to early phones for running and biking. However, I would often drop one or both when pulling off a layer on cool/cold runs which was very annoying. I decided to try the OpenRun Pro 2 model and have been pleasantly surprised. They are easy to use and the sound is totally acceptable while allowing me to remain aware of everything going on around me. They are super comfortable and - most importantly - they do not come off when I don’t want them to. A bonus is that friends/family have let me know that audio is clear during phone calls which I didn’t expect. Overall, I am very happy with the OpenRun Pro 2 and hope they last a long while.

So far I'm happy with the sound and fit. Touch controls are not always responsive. Sqeeze works but the tap function is hit or miss

They fit my need and are comfortable, sound is great!

I must admit I was somewhat skeptical, but took the word of someone whose opinion I respected and a dedicated user of Shokz and purchased my Pro Run 2. It arrived promptly and was/is simple to setup and operate. I wear glasses and was assured they would work fine with my glasses. They were a little tight & uncomfortable at first (for a week or so) and then I figured out a couple of simple adjustments and I now hardly know I'm wearing it. Great sound quality (both ways) and they put no matter what I'm doing. If you're on the fence, I'd suggest to just make the purchase.

SwimPro is great so far but delivery took a little while.

They fit well. I have a hard time finding anything that will stay on that I can hear with. These work well. Great sound

I have struggled to find headphones I like. Over the head ones give me headaches and earbuds always seem to fall out no matter what I do. These finally give me exactly what I need- fantastic sound quality, no headache and no worrying about them falling out. Wish I had found them earlier!

Favorite headphones ever. I can do do all of my exercises and run without having to adjust my headphones. It sounds like surround sound but still able to hear what is going on around me. The battery life is amazing. I can use the OpenDots for a few without having to charge. So worth it!

I bought my old pair of Shoks 4 years ago and fell in love with the bone induction technology, and it had come to the point that they were a bit worn from frequent use. Still usable, but Prime day was coming and I decided to get the newest version. Tbh, I couldn't imagine much could be improved. The new versions (OpenRun 2) are an even more comfortable fit - sometimes I forget they are on. The sound is crisp and clear; music sounds far clearer than what you would get on a premium stereo system back in the day. The older model had an issue with the cover to the power charging outlet deteriorating quickly and falling it off (it happened to me and apparently some others). This has been fixed as well. Beyond the product itself is amazing, their customer service is friendly at entirely at my disposal. I was having an issue with songs playing at different sound levels and the rep explained exactly what the issue was and had a suggestion to fix it (it was a setting on Spotify). I have had three issues in the past, and each one ended up being due to some issue other than my Shokz. Each issue they helped me quickly and followed up to make sure my problem was solved, even though it wasn't due to their headphones. That's customer service. All in all, it feels like I'm paying far less than the Shoks are worth. If you have issues with headphones rubbing against your ears uncomfortably or what a stable, consistent sound, these are for you.
