This is my third pair of SHOKZ headphones. I loved everything about my first two pair. . Both of my previous pair had much louder & better sound quality than this pair does. Very disappointed in the way they sound. Not sure I’ll be purchasing another set. They’re also not nearly as colossally comfortable behind the ears. My previous pair I could barely feel that I was wearing them, this pair has a noticeable amount of pressure behind my ears

I’m wondering if there is a return policy due to needing a smaller size and also possibly to upgrade to the open run water resistant model so that they can be used while bathing or swimming
