I loved these headphones while I had them. Used them throughout a backyard and they were great. Unfortunately, they were stolen and I only had them for 3 months

Customer service was great. I was given a 25% discount on my pair of OpenRun Pro 2's when my OpenRun Pro pair died, however, I did find out a month later, they were doing something like a 40% off discount on the headphones. Oh well lol 25% was still nice.

I forget I'm wearing them. To those saying they are not loud enough, I recommend adjusting them on your ear. I, too, thought they were not loud enough, until I adjusted the speaker to sit right in my ear opening with the clip on my earlobe (and they are LOUD on a low volume setting). Lying on your side with them will not work (the music will pause). Speaking on the phone while lying on your back will not work well (the other person will not hear you because the mic will be covered by whatever you're lying on). Good background cancellation. I love the "click, press" operation. I own the Shokz OpenFit and I hated constantly double tapping, repeatedly, and the function still not registering - or constantly taking my gloves off to operate the earbud. Functions in rain, functions after the occasional dropping on the floor (the case popped open, earbuds literally flew up and out and fell on the floor). The case is quite small, smooth, and I'm prone to dropping such things. I wear hats and glasses; a lot. These do not impede whatsoever! They do not fall off while taking my shirt off over my head. The annoyances: why, Shokz, do your products reek of nail polish remover?!!! Pairs easily (with a physical button). These stay connected even while in the case, with the case closed. I sometimes miss calls, or otherwise cannot figure out why my phone sound isn't functioning when it should be... because OpenDotz2 stayed connected long after they should not have. My son asked for my OpenFits. I'm glad he did! - they were a bit heavy on my ears. I'd buy the OpenDotz2 again (because they are light on my ear, I can wear my glasses and hat without impediment, and they stay on no matter what exercise I'm doing - even upside down!).

First the color is beautiful 😍 Next the fit is comfortable and secure. I love that they can go on either ear. I bought the open dots 2 for the Chicago marathon and was surprised that I got the low battery warning before I crossed the finish line 😳 at 6 hours. Still happy with my purchase and they charge quickly.

Thank you for your assistance of replacing my bone induction headset, quick and easy and shipping. Was looking forward to purchase a #Warranty but was disappointed on the cost was higher than was expected. Thought it could be managed to be a better lower cost for the public.

These are very comfortable - I wear them for an hour or two at a time while at work and also while out on walks, and most days I forget they’re even on my ears. They do not get in the way AT ALL of my reading glasses or sunglasses, even when I’m flipping the glasses onto my head, which I do often. The sound quality is great, even when the volume is turned up pretty loudly (which I’ve done only to test the volume/sound quality). Worth every penny.

The open-ear design is what appeals to me most about the Shokz OpenRun Pro 2. I hate having earbuds inside my ears, so being able to listen to music and take calls without putting anything in my ear canal is a big plus. I also like being able to hear people and what’s happening around me. That’s helpful when someone needs to talk to me, because I wouldn’t have to take an earbud out just to hear them. The lightweight design, up to 12 hours of listening time, and USB-C charging are appealing features. Being able to connect two devices is another useful option. For me, the biggest selling point is enjoying audio while keeping my ears open.

So I had actually bought the openmeet2 UC and Opencomm2 UC 2025 upgrade and I thought I would prefer the opencomm2… which they are FANTASTIC as well. But oh my goodness - these OpenMeet2 are fantastic, the quality is amazing and the sound is peeerfect. I am on zoom for around 12 hours a day, I had other over the head headphones and they were giving me a headache, I could totally forget that they’re even on. I love this product. Best investment so far

I bought Shokz for running about 5 months ago and I love them! They are very comfortable and easy to use. It is nice to be able to hear what is going on in the environment around me. I love them so much, I converted my partner from ear buds to Shokz!
