Purchased 4 rolling 36" cabinets in white and received all 4 in fantastic shape a few days later. The packaging is amazing. Each part is individually wrapped in a bag then completely surrounded by Styrofoam. D. B. COOPER would have survived the jump if he was packaged by these guys. No dings, dents or scratches. I'm not sure what the assembly issues are for some, other than spending the most time just unwrapping and laying out everything. Once that was done the actual assembly only took about 45 minutes. My suggestion is to put each group of screws in labeled bowls or whatever. Just remember to use only the included screwdriver or if you have a small rechargeable electric screwdriver, the job will go much faster. Best service, very good slection, and packing was excelent. The cabinets I bought were packed well and went togther with no problem. The only issue was that they only came with 3 shelves, so I oredered another pack of 2 for each cabinet I bought.
