The service received was excellent. After purchasing a product, I found that a part was missing. I contacted the customer service representative, the issue was corrected and I received the missing part within eight days. I was VERY pleased with the product and customer service response.

Adjustable Table Repair
The correct repair part I needed has arrived. I appreciate receiving this replacement part to fix my table. The only upgrade would have been to speak with a human as I requested because the first on line suggestion for repairs did not make sense. We would have reached the correct solution much quicker via a real phone conversation. But we did get there.

Ordered the 72” rolling cabinet.
Ordered the 72” rolling cabinet. Well priced and no charge for shipping! Sturdy, looks nice. Happy that it came with wheels. It was packed very well. Only complaint I have is I wanted one extra shelf, and they only offer in a pack of two.

Laundry Bags for oval wicker hamper
I bought an oval 2 section wicker hamper years ago- the only trouble was the bags were wearing out, and I wasn't sure if I could find replacements. With a little searching I found the replacements! I was thrilled that I did not have to buy a whole new hamper and put the one I have in the landfill. The laundry bags fit perfectly, and it appears some great updates were made to the bags. I think I will order a back up!
