Fantastic customer service and customer support! Currently have a total of 16 cabinets that I have purchased over several years and moves. Seven of the oldest cabinets (purchased over 10 Yeats ago) had wheels that had begun to shed their outer coating. Due to the cost of replacing the damaged wheels locally, I contacted the company directly. I was extremely pleased that they worked with me to provide the replacements at what anyone would expect to be such a reasonable price for cabinets purchased that many years ago. In today's market place it's very refreshing to know Seville stands behind their products and customers, even years after selling their products! 10 stars if that many were available for a rating!

Best cabinet ever!! Sturdy, well made and easy to put together!!

I had an issue with a missing wheel for my wire rack shelving unit I had just purchased. I call Seville CS, conveyed my issue, and they immediately put the missing wheels in the mail. I received it 4 days later and everything is fine. Thank you for your speed and more importantly taking care of a customer (me).

Had an issue with packaging. . . could see a little damage. Reached out and got a quick response. Shipping of additional parts arrived quickly and were satisfactory. Will buy another one soon.

The Seville product line is the very best. . . . my family and friends have purchased and used your products for years. . . . . If there is one thing that bugs me as others is the excess amount of Styrofoam used in the packaging. . . . . I would think that there has to be a better product to use that will protect the items and not be so harsh on disposal. . . . . . . other than that, 5***** for everything else. . . . . . . .
