Ordered 5 hollies at $900+. dollars. 4 out of 5 died. Went back and forth with them for 2 1/2 months answering their questions and sending multiple photos. Their final response was to offer me 4 replacements with a slight discount. Thanks, but no thanks/

This was my first time ordering from ServeScape, and sadly, it was a disappointing experience. I placed a order for a single tree to gauge the quality before placing a larger one, but the 25-gallon tree I received didn’t come close to expectations. It barely stands 8 feet tall including the pot, looks unhealthy, and has very thin foliage — nothing like what the size chart suggest. Before ordering, I even visited one of their physical locations to better understand what to expect. I was told they usually pick out the best of the lot, but it seems like I ended up with the runt of the litter. The delivery experience was equally frustrating. I was never contacted ahead of time to schedule a delivery. Instead, I got a surprise call saying my delivery is supposed to be for the next day but there has been a technical snag, and if i would be willing to take delivery within the next 30–45 minutes. That’s not a professional way to handle logistics, especially for large, expensive plants. Overall, this experience left a poor first impression. I expected better quality and communication from a company that presents itself as a premium service.
I ordered Winter Sun Mahonia and Winter Jasmine 3G bushes and picked them up from the Chamblee location. The plants are healthy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions very politely. Thank you so much!

This was my second ordering experience with Serve Scape. I have been very pleased both times!
1st time purchasing from this company. I honestly was mortified because buying plants online isn’t always the greatest experience. I had no idea they were in GA so that made it a little less scary. They delivered with their own delivery courier. The plants looked great! I couldn’t find this plant anywhere locally. A little house in our town has it and I’ve been searching since we moved (2 years). Very happy with my experience and purchase. 100% recommend this company!
Healthy plant, good size, new growth
I think this site might be a scam. . . I ordered plants over 2 weeks ago and after several follow ups, customer service said they would be delivered by the end of last week. I've followed up and still have not received delivery info. I would not recommend using this supplier.

I had purchased three Green Giant Arborvitae and had them installed by ServeScape's professionals. All three died within a year, when I contacted ServeScape, because I did not purchase the one year warranty, there was little they could do. We finally agreed to a gift card for the value of the tree at ServeScape cost but not the installation fee, fair not great. I used the gift card to buy new plants but this time Idid but the warranty for a Forest Pansy Redbuds I am covered if anything goes wrong this time. Welp, the Forest Pansy Redbud was delivered and it was not a great specimen for the price they charge (About $100 more than Fast Growing Trees. com for the same size). I contacted ServeScape immediately thinking I was covered by their "48 hours after the time of delivery to inspect and reject any items on your order. To request a replacement or refund"to be told that they would give me a $75 gift card to keep the tree and that they cannot I cannot say anything about their design services, but please consider another service or local nursery for plants and installation.
