Very difficult to get a replacement tree for the Warranty I bought. Had to wait months, then settle for a smaller tree then I had originally bought.

Plants were delivered on time to a remote location at the church where specified and they all were in great shape-healthy, full and in prime condition for planting. My expectations were exceeded due to inventories running low late in the season, but ServeScape came through!

Highly recommend - from browsing to picking up my order, the process was seamless and the plants were all healthy (not my experience with some other nurseries).

Took a little longer delivering with no update but still a great company to deal and has good online responses.

I was able to find a specific type of hosta at ServeScape that I couldn't find anywhere else this time of year. I will say that it might not be the best place to purchase from if you're in a rush. It took well over the 3-5 business days they mention on their site to be able to pick mine up in person, but I was very pleased with the quality of the plants and ease of pickup. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
