Excellent quality.

Service has been good with some hick up

glad for the delivery. .

Mostly it was a positive experience other than my loropetlums arriving in poor shape.

Arrived as promised and when promised. Healthy plants!

Surprisingly robust healthy plants arrived at my door no complaints

Perfect plants and carefully delivered.

The product is of great quality. It took a long time for delivery, considering it’s about 3-miles away from home. Well worth the wait. Will be ordering in advance for the next batch.

Order was fulfilled and plants were in good shape when they arrived.

Although I was disappointed my shipment was delayed by 1-1/2 weeks, my interactions with Customer Service concerning the delay were extremely friendly and professional. Both Ordering and Delivery were easy. The website is user friendly and provides exceptional information on all aspects of the plants. I was quite happy with most of my plants, but I do have concerns about the health of one coneflower, and both swamp milkweeds. The 4-star rating is due to the unexpected delay in delivery, and the questionable quality of three of the 1-gal size plants that I received.

Also polite and helpful. Great delivery and customer service

More than perfect, thank you!

Great! Thank you so much!

Servescape has become THE place I buy plants at an affordable price. Other than random deal at Home Depot or Trader Joe's even, I always check the same plant at Servescape, and I can usually count on it being cheaper.

I had trouble adding pictures but I have some beautiful ones from my plants from the last 2 seasons. If u resend me a link happy to try again.

great plants at a great price.

Great delivery person

Love the fact that plants are delivered to me, never having been put in a box.

I'm over all okay with the service. . . My first time with servescape. Happy with 2 order's and extremely disappointed with one

Great Operation
