I am going to be generous and give a three of five stars. I ordered two cotoneaster plants and asked if I could pick them up. I was assured that I could and told Samantha I would come on Friday and she agreed that the delivery fee would be refunded. Well, the plants were delivered anyway. I sent an email, which is the only way we communicated and told her I thought I was going to be able to pick up. She apologized and said she was focused on the plants and neglected to separate them for pickup. Ok, fine. When I inspected the plants upon arriving home, one of them had a huge broken branch. It was quite significant as these are small, one gallon plants. I immediately took photos and asked if it could be replaced. I’ve heard not a word from ServeScape. Complete crickets. I don’t plan to reorder any time soon.

Meh - one of the Clethra delivered was severely desiccated. Pros - great communication. Cons - plant quality.

I love using ServeScape for purchasing perennials, shrubs, and varieties of plants that I'm seeking out and cannot find anywhere else. The best part is I don't have to worry about damage in shipment because the plants are never packed, just delivered to my driveway.

Great communication from the start. They really care about the health of their trees and everything was delivered and installed on time. I was especially impressed with the two guys who had to dig up some alarmingly huge stones to get our Black Tupelo in the ground and never gave up until it was done right. Two weeks later our tree is healthy and thriving.

I recently received five Blue Lily of the Nile plants, and they arrived in spectacular condition. Each one was healthy, well-packed, and ready to be planted. I’ve added them to my garden, and they are taking to the soil beautifully. While I don’t expect them to bloom this season, they already appear strong and healthy, and I’m looking forward to seeing them thrive and produce beautiful blooms next year.

Fantastic, healthy trees (mostly), great experience. Fantastic, healthy trees (mostly). I ordered one Teddy Bear Magnolia ( 7 gallon) and 4 Little Gem Magnolias ( 3 gallon) for a buffer we are renovating. The Teddy Bear was in perfect condition, 3 of the 4 Little Gems were as well, one isn't quite as healthy as the others. The root systems were well developed, dense for all but the one Little Gem. Delivery was prompt, my overall experience was positive. Highly recommend ServeScape!
