Although I was disappointed my shipment was delayed by 1-1/2 weeks, my interactions with Customer Service concerning the delay were extremely friendly and professional. Both Ordering and Delivery were easy. The website is user friendly and provides exceptional information on all aspects of the plants. I was quite happy with most of my plants, but I do have concerns about the health of one coneflower, and both swamp milkweeds. The 4-star rating is due to the unexpected delay in delivery, and the questionable quality of three of the 1-gal size plants that I received.
