I chipped my knife pretty badly and needed it repaired (it's my favorite knife!) The staff did a great job answering my questions and explaining the process to me. My knife was returned to me repaired and restored to its former glory.

The employee was very accommodating. I wish the device had worked as advertised.

Awesome people. Super friendly, knowledgeable and professional

Love this store! Such amazing craftsmanship in their products.

Top notch customer service. Seisuke workers are incredibly well versed and experienced in the knives they sell. They can find you a blade that fits your skill/preference/budget.

Seen a lot of pro chefs recommend this knife so I had to buy it, it’s razor sharp fits comfortably in my hand and is easy to maintain all around perfect knife

Another great experience with seisuke Knifes

The seisuke gyuto knife has been a nice upgrade from our cheap kitchen knives. It definitely makes cooking more enjoyable

The knife is incredible, I love the details. It's more than just razor sharp. As a cook, I think this knife is very good.

Definitely the sharpest nail clippers I’ve ever used. They give a very clean cut.

Awesome class

Good

Amazing craftsmanship for such an affordable price. As a woodworker, I really wanted an upgraded handle and they offered to swap it out for a selection of other handles. They answered my many questions thoroughly with ease - it was an educational trip as well as a very confident purchase. I will absolutely be collecting more gems from Seisuke in the future.

Got this as a gift for my boyfriend's 30th, it is sensational and he loves it. Thoughtfully made. Everyone in the house had a go at trying to slice the thinnest piece of each fruit we had as it was so sharp and precise 🤣 Will definitely be getting one for myself next

Great shop, very knowledgeable, good selection, and friendly.

Absolutely fantastic! Shop staff were well informed and showed me a variety of options so that way I got the best knives possible for what I was looking to use them for.
