Knives came back fast, sharp and with a great finish

My knives came back much quicker than I expected since they had to travel from east to west coast. So sharp they’re a delight to use.

Very high quality and superb craftsmanship. These are world class knives.

This isn't the first time I've purchased a knife from yall, but this is the first time I've noticed something wrong with the one I bought. The bolster on the knife seemed to be much lower quality than the rest of it. It was essentially a plastic cap that had some dings and a chip taken out of it before it was even put in the box. I can send pictures of the defects, if wanted. Aside from that, the handle and blade came in without any noticeable issues. This was a gift for a coworker who, even when I made them aware of the slight defect, was very grateful for the knife. If anyone would like to reach out about getting the pictures of the bolster, please feel free.

Excellent Customer Service, younger lady, due to blade knowledge and worked with daughter to select “ new knife for Collection”.

first japanese knife i couldn’t be happier with the product. don’t know how i lived before owning one!

Fantastic knife, my new favorite.

Pleasant and easing going staff. Beautiful store

Great class, great teacher.

I want to order one more in future

Very helpful and knowledgeable

Service, shipping was good. I bought a beautiful knife that didn’t come with a saya. I had to buy a cheap looking generic item. For the price I paid for the blade it should come with a matching saya, to match the handle or at least painted to match. I’m actually painting Snakewood patterns and lacquering the saya myself. :/

Very good service and delivery and really high quality product

Gyors házhozszállítás,ár értek arányban tökéletes.

Extremely kind and helpful

I love my knives from Seisuke. I have 2 serrated and 3 straight edge knives that are not only gorgeous but so sharp it’s like they’re cutting through butter. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I know I’ll buy more!

It was impressive and I will likely be buying more!

Amazing experience. Have waited years to make in person. I have ordered several knives online and also had a few knives brought back to life with the sharpening service. Absolutely class act all the way around.

Terrific class! I thought I knew how to sharpen a knife. My own ignorance astonishes me. But now I know what to do—or what I'm supposed to be doing. Gotta practice!

The Takamura knives are incredibly sharp, beautifully balanced, and a pleasure to use. The craftsmanship feels exceptional, and they make everyday prep noticeably easier. They arrived well packaged and exactly as described. Customer service was also excellent—friendly, helpful, and responsive.
