Impressive shop and service!!

Great customer service and easy to work with. Great selection.

It slices tomatoes perfectly, is very lightweight, and stays sharp

Easy to navigate website, great customer service. Got to my house in a jiffy

This knife is well balanced. My first santoku. The blade is sharp, but dills very quickly. Comparing to other knives I have it needs sharpening more often, perhaps it's because the steel is softer. Nevertheless a nicely shaped knife. Not sure I'll stick with santoku over gyuto but that is personal preference.

great service and products!
