I made a purchase that said I would receive a free bag. The free bag did not come with my order. I had to reach back out to Scout. They did send it quickly and I appreciate that greatly!

Shipping was quick however, the label came off of my package and it was delayed a day. Scout kept me informed of the delay by email.
