The bag is great! It was a graduation gift and it didn't arrive when it said it was and I was unable to bring it to the party. Therefore, I had to paying for shipping twice to get it to the graduate.

They professionally informed me it was possible to get them to me within my time frame but they could not guarantee it and I understood that. To my pleasant surprise, they expedited the order and shipped quickly with no additional charge to me and I received my gifts in plenty of time. I was very impressed and very grateful.
