I don’t really like the bag

My bags arrived very quickly and well packaged. They were also on sale!

Original order was incorrect. Missing bag. Customer service did correct.

Arrived on time. Love Scout products. I try to take advantage when sales are happening.

I had an issue with my order and customer service quickly took care of it.

I have a large number of Scout bags and have given them widely as gifts- the quality is excellent; however I’m shocked that they have not offered any American flag themed products for our country’s 250th this summer. Given this business has profited widely by being a US based company, I would expect more.

I am a true fan of Scout bags. The bags are sturdy and attractive. They fold easily for storage. Recently, my order was lost by FedX. After weeks of trying to work with the carrier, I finally called Scout. They quickly resolved the issue and I received my order the next day. I will continue to purchase from Scout; their products provide great quality for the price and their customer service is excellent. I do wish they would switch carriers.
