I ordered 2 items 3 days prior to the cutoff for Christmas delivery. No embroidery, a simple order. I got notification of my shipment getting ready to ship. I checked the tracking multiple times- no movement. Shipping from VA to KY. It's a busy time of the year, I get it. I called getting worried about my order only to find out they were closed. Now I agree with giving your employees time off but this is your busiest time of year. As a retail business you shouldn't leave your customers hanging. My shipment never left the shipper. It was January 5th when they opened. I called and was met with "Oh I guess our shipper lost it" no big deal. No apologizes. I asked if they ship it immediately and she said yes but it was still a week before I got the package. While she was nice, she was not all concerned for the failed service I received. I will not purchase from this company again.

The third time I used the lunch bag, the zipper handle broke off and I cannot find it. The zipper was acting finicky to begin with, seeming like it had an alignment issue.
