I had an issue with my order and customer service quickly took care of it.

I have a large number of Scout bags and have given them widely as gifts- the quality is excellent; however I’m shocked that they have not offered any American flag themed products for our country’s 250th this summer. Given this business has profited widely by being a US based company, I would expect more.

I am a true fan of Scout bags. The bags are sturdy and attractive. They fold easily for storage. Recently, my order was lost by FedX. After weeks of trying to work with the carrier, I finally called Scout. They quickly resolved the issue and I received my order the next day. I will continue to purchase from Scout; their products provide great quality for the price and their customer service is excellent. I do wish they would switch carriers.

The Stiff One cooler is just the right size for picnics and outings. Light and sturdy.

Everything was fine except one of my bags arrived crinkled and bent. I wasn’t pleased with that but other than aesthetics the product itself was intact.
