I placed an order for 10 monogrammed bags. The time frame that I needed them was cutting it close for their advertised timing it takes to receive personalized products so I called. They professionally informed me it was possible to get them to me within my time frame but they could not guarantee it and I understood that. To my pleasant surprise, they expedited the order and shipped quickly with no additional charge to me and I received my gifts in plenty of time. I was very impressed and very grateful.
