I had a very bad experience. I emailed you with this problem and you never responded. It was a gift and I put a delivery address in my order. You sent the gift to me and not to delivery address. I then had to go to ship the gift myself. It cost me an extra $18. This is very unacceptable and I will not order from you again. I ordered from FaceBook and I want to leave a very poor review there also. Since you never responded to my email I suppose you really don’t care. I will see how you respond here. And then if no response I will look for places to leave poor reviews. If I email other companies, they respond the very day. Maybe your company is going out of business and you will have no concern. I wish for you to repay me the money I sent remaining the gift that ended up missing the recipient’s birthday. Clearly poor service and a poor company.
