With the exception of Scout using DHL who subcontracted with USPS and lost my initial order- I received a replacement order from Scout but the delay caused by the lost order and the fact that Scout ships with DHL who is known to subcontract makes me pause as I can’t have coincidence in your shipper. At least with FedEx and UPS there is a higher probability I will receive my order. DHL has a poor reputation locally in US and better reputation for international according to Trust Pilot reviews and I would agree. It’s unfortunate that your contracted shipper can ruin such a quality product by unreliable service.

Super fast delivery. Bags fold up neatly for the trunk of my car, and are the perfect size for all my groceries.

I always love my Scout bags. The patterns are beautiful and you have a great variety of styles to choose from all of which are practical and usable for a variety of things. The quality if a high grade. I often give them for gifts and keep many for myself. I do have to be selective because of the prices which have continued to increase substantially it seems to me in the last few years so I try to find bags on sale of I don’t buy as many as I once did.

The scout nooner bag is amazing, I use it every for school lunch. Its very durable and lightweight. In also like all the patterns and colors. Im on my fourth bag.

Y’all sent me the wrong bag I reached out to y’all and I got no response so now I have a dc bag with monogram initials. Thanks for the costumer service that doesn’t exist
