My monograms were submitted correctly according to the placement of each letter in the names, but the placement was incorrect on my bags. It wasn’t clear in the final order how the monograms would look. Your process, in my opinion, is not user friendly. I have ordered many monogrammed items from other companies with no problems. Customer service was no help. Such a shame that I will be throwing the bags away with NO compensation or help with this error!

Love, love, love this market tote. Simply cannot live without it. I give them out as gifts and they are always a big hit! Love all the different patterns so there is something g wonderful for everyone.

I ordered the MD bag for my sister who lives in MD. It had a crab on the front and that was my whole point of ordering it. When I received it there was no crab anywhere , front or back. When I called she said they couldn’t guarantee what would be on it and that I’d just have to reorder till I got one. I asked if I’d have to pay to return it and to the ship the new one and she said yes. I understand they can’t guarantee the pattern but it shouldn’t be so big that you can’t get everything for MD on one bag plus she could have at least relieved some of the shipping costs. Not a cheap bag so I expected more of this company. Will not be reordering. Sad.

Love this bag! It holds a lot! And is very lightweight and best of all has a zipper top!
