What a disaster! I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered several jeans and sweatshirts from Scotch and Soda on 2 orders recently. . . . I placed a return and they credited me for the items I kept not the ones returned. . . you cannot get a customer service agent on the phone only a bot that handles your emails. . . . Ridiculous, I will never shop online with them again!

Generally good, if you need to return for a refund, then be prepared to deal with AI Bot until it is past the time frame, you might get to a person. I wish this could have been better.

Just recently discovered the brand and love it so far. Vibrant color. True to size. Will soften more with age. The reverse hem cuff doesn't suit every shoe or boot. Buy if you know what you're doing.
