I made a mistake on a final sale online order. I am unable to return. I know the policy but I rarely make an order mistake and I have purchased so much. I cant return event though its still in plastic and I need the same item in larger size not even a refund. I think they should change policy on exchange only for the same item. This is my only issue with them I now have to be extremely careful ordering.

I bought an XL raw edge t shirt and I was sent a small sweater. I returned it and was never refunded.

Shipping is the only downside of this order. It was delayed several times.
