Overall, everything seemed to go well. I did however need to make a return and wish the shipping was also free, but it was pretty smooth so far. Hopefully no issues with the later process.

It It came dirty!, It came with stains, tried to wash it but it didn’t come off. I can’t return since is this was a final sale.

Inefficient team, slow returns, don’t respond to questions appropriately via email. Also the descriptions for items on your website are lackluster. Please look at retailers like macys and Bloomingdale’s who sell your clothing, they do a much better job with everything.
