Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, despite clear delivery proof showing it was not my home, and I never actually received my items. While a refund was eventually processed, the entire process was stressful, time-consuming, and lacked real accountability or meaningful customer service. As a loyal customer, this has completely put me off ordering online from the brand again.

Scotch and soda never disappoints. I love everything I get from the brand. I have noticed that shipping is taking a long time. It would be nice to get the merchandise faster.
