I could give you more input if I had the product. I ordered this 3 weeks ago and my shipment has been held at a UPS facility and seems like nobody can help me. I’ve called UPS many times and they’re asking the sender to contact them due to a missing package label and missing information. Not a good experience

It is very difficult to get the right size when ordering these items. There is no physical store in Belgium—they are either permanently closed, or their phone number doesn't work and they don't reply to emails. The initial online order went well, as the package arrived quite quickly; however, since the clothes were larger than I expected, I returned them to order a different size, but the replacement order was severely delayed. It is hard to get the fit right when ordering online.

Scotch and Soda service and shopping experience is not what it used to be, it is to be expected. You can't get to a real person and the packaging is not of great quality, the delivery service is not reliable. But I guess this is the norm now. I hope that Scotch and Soda can bounce back and be the great brand that I love again.
