Shipping can be a toss up. I've gotten this order fine, but in the past I've received broken diffusers, and leaking bottles.

Hi! Love the stress release. I bought a bottle on Abbott Kinney blvd that I found to be broken and then I exchanged it for a new bottle at century city. When I got home that bottle was broken too and leaking!
