The order never came. It was a gift for my Mom's birthday. The company followed up with me the first day I reported it. I never heard from them again. I will NEVER order from this company again.

Initially excited to see Saje internationally ships because I have a daughter overseas. Initially had problems with website ordering but sorted it. Ordered advent calendar on Oct 29th. Product took 3 weeks to deliver BUT it got sent back by shipping company. I can only assume and later verified that the auto -address on their forms changed Drive to STREET - wrong address. So, my gift advent calendar got returned. Seeing the tracking was not easy but when I saw it was returned I was back and forth emails to company. It was 100% hand-banging frustrating. . . half answers - no solutions - not verifying they will re-ship. Finally 11/19 called - agent was kind but was told item is sold out that's why I got an email cancellation message even though I asked for it to re-ship. So they cancelled my order - and didn't automatically refund my money. I had to ask for my refund - which is pending. So a month of hassles and no gift- even though I planned early. Terrible experience.

Customer service is excellent! My first shipment arrived package torn and contents missing. I was able to call Saje customer service and spoke to a live person, yay! She sent out my order again, no questions asked. Second shipment arrived intact, very happy.

Overall, I haven’t tried the other two shower scents yet, but based on the ones I’ve used so far, I’m not impressed. I’ll probably go back to the sample scent I originally received I think it was from Ulta, because that one was much more effective and memorable.

Product broke after just a few uses

Great products , handled my order with care but I do wish it was shipped inside a box instead of cardboard envelope because my package did get wet and the boxes that contained my products got wet as well. Also wish you guys had more flash sales. I’m chronically ill and your peppermint halo & extra strength balm are my go to pain creams. But with shipping and prices being so high I can’t get the things I need as often or when I need them most. Please reconsider bringing back your Malibu store or making one in Ventura county:hands_heart_light_skin_tone:🙏

I dealt with your store at the Cataraqui Mall in Kingston, Ontario. Melissa was the sales clerk I dealt with. I can't say enough good things about this young lady. After dealing with your customer service through email, I was never going to step foot in your store again. You need to learn from Melissa about courtesy and customer service
