We like the concept but the method of shipment needs attention for the safely and well-being of the consumer. Tamper-proof packaging is a standard expectation.

Took 3 weeks to get shipped to the UK. Customer service not very helpful and that’s the second occasion I contacted them. I love Saje products and will always purchase, wish we had physical store in the UK.

I haven't received my items yet but the customer service was lacking. Doubtful even if the products are OK that I'll be a returning customer.
