The smell is off, not sure if it’s defective but my bottles were not sealed.

I have been using Saje products for as long as I can remember. My favs are Goddess deodorant and all of the foaming hand soaps along with many different essential oils and was always happy until this holiday season. First order came quick and fine. Second order took weeks and all soaps and face serum frozen solid. I didn’t open and put in my Xmas gift box for later wrapping as saje said I could return but items sold out and I wanted to keep them. When I went to wrap one of the bottles had leaked everywhere It was a mess. Got my third order yesterday and my liquid sunshine lucky was I. A plastic bag and it has frozen and half the bottle was in the bag. They have obviously had this problem Before if placing in bags. I have done almost all my Xmas shopping online including other liquid products and none have come Frozen solid as if they were in a freezer. Very disappointed. I will never order in the winter again.
