I had a few questions up front and felt good with the text chat. The agent gave me good clarity and I paid for the service and prepped my seatbelts. The first issue was once I paid, at the end of my purchase the website provided a 10% off my order. I emailed them just to inquire if I could receive the discount. No one ever replied. I paid for USPS to watch the package get there. It arrived and safetyrestore states that they turn it in 24 hours. After 24 hours, I had not received any notification that they were in Process. I reached out and an agent said that it was in process now. Would have been nice to know from the company it was received. Once in process it did get completed and on the way back. Last issue, I mistakenly left a bolt and sent it with the belts. This is a bolt that attaches the belts to the B pillar. Can’t finish the job without it and renders the car a one seater. It was kept or discarded. I get it, I can’t prove that. But I do remember with certainty that I sent it with the package. It didn’t return. I’ve had to wait two weeks for GM to order and send me another. Just a hassle. End of the day, the seatbelts look great and the work is good. Just would have liked a better customer service experience.

I recently sent in a set of belts to have re-webbed and serviced. The service overall was great, but I don't believe the company listened to me explaining what I needed. That resulted in returning the front belts for additional work. To their credit, they are re-sewing the brackets and I am waiting for the resolution to this. I would definitely use them again. Service overall, the quality and the turn around time is very good.

Had my blown seat belt repaired and the belt retracts now. The seat belt light/ airbag light is still on. I had it rescanned and it is pointing to the seat belt retractor. I had higher expectations

Sent in my badly frayed shoulder belt for re-webbing. Returned to me with correct webbing color and looking like new. Very satisfied with their service and reasonable price.

great job, I next day mailed ecu to them ($75 my choice to try for a super quick turnaround) on a Tuesday and they looked at it the next day. Only hiccup was they had a small $15 added fee for a certain chip in my ECU and they sent an email request for the payment to me which ended up in spam so I did not get it till Thursday which held up repair until Friday and then they shipped it back regular Fedex and I did not get it until Monday. They did have a couple text confirmations early on but never texted about the added fee. If they had texted I would have saved 3 or 4 days. very happy with service just suggesting that the text contact seemed to work better than the email.

I switched from a different company because safety restore saved me money and was quick. However, I will be going back to that other company. Safety restore takes too long to complete the job. Two separate jobs took over 3 weeks to get the seatbelts and airbag modules done. The other company is a two day turnaround.

The module was fixed by Safety Restore and after I received the module , then I installed the module. The airbag dash light is on yet, but that is due to one airbag that I need to replace. Thanks to Safety Restore for fixing the airbag module.

04 Ford passenger belt. Good turn around, works better than it had for the years before it quit retracting. Sensible alternative to locating and purchasing a replacement. Easy to interact with polite salespersons.

They are not true to the “24hr” turn around time. They misplaced one of my plugs and when I finally was able to get someone on the phone they told me they don’t ship loose items back. On a positive note they did find it and sent it back without making me aware of it. I did end up buying a replacement one on my own.
