the repair was good worked out fine. The way of sending the unit back to me for overnight delivery never worked out. I would suggest that Fedx or Ups would be a better option as their overnight is actually overnight

Your company is by far the lowest on my list for the WORST company I have every worked with. I left messages with no callback. I had to contact multiple times about my order. I will NEVER do business with your company again. Time is money and you cost me a lot of money. I will FOREVER be sending my modules and seatbelts to MY AIRBAG.

Sent in my seat belts because they were no longer retracting. Typed a note on the order to specifically address the retracting problem. Received back the seat belts and had the same issue. Called the company and they said by default they only check for seat belt functionality after an accident. If I wanted to have the retraction problem fixed, I needed to let them know. When I explained that I included a note with the order, the excuse I received was "they are really busy and must have missed the note". They agreed to refund my money, but I am still out the $50 for shipping, not to mention the time and effort to to remove and replace the belts. Totally frustrated with the whole experience.

When the original driver's seat belt on my 1989 BMW 525i would not extend all the way out, probably due to frayed belt edges jamming the mechanism, I sent the unit to SR to be re-webbed. It came back within 10 days, including coast-to-coast shipping both ways. The price was very reasonable, since a new seat belt unit would have cost at least 3X the total cost of repairs including shipping. Looks and works like brand new.

You had my seatbelts for almost a month

Was happy with everything but wanted to wait to review until installation. Upon installation, left and right body trim pieces were reversed on front belts. After panicking, we figured out how to remove them and switch them out. When I originally removed the belts and prior to shipping them to Safety Restore I took extensive pics in anticipation of exactly this type of thing happening. Great service, but the devil is in the details. Free coffee in the break room guys.

I was led to believe it would be a one day turn around. It took a week betwee receing it on Turs, and sending it out the next Monday.

Waiting one month to get my order back which is module and a seat belt still nothing. Keep sending massages the answer is the same . They are busy I'll get the order back by the end of the week
