I ordered items. Waited for weeks. Then I was told they were no longer available. So my experience wasn’t very favorable unfortunately.

The worst experience I have ever had with carpeting. I bought seven area rugs for my new house and five of them staring pilling within 30 days. I complained about it and suggested that Safavieh simply send me some replacements in a more rugged (pun intended) fabric. THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING. If O could afford an attorney, I would sue Safavieh for a full refund for all seven rugs!

5stars! I purchased a rug with a runner. Both arrived timely. They are quality rugs. I am happy with my purchase as well as the service.

They do not respond to emails nor do they keep you updated about order delays. I think I emailed 4 separate times before I got a response.

You sent me a chair that broke within a year and refused to do anything about it until I left a review for one of your physical locations who then facilitated me getting a replacement chair. I’m never ordering from your company again.

Ordered a headboard in January - delivery has been delayed 4 times and is now expected in August. No updates from customer service unless I reached out.

Awful. Furniture sent was defective. Will never order from this vendor again. Clearly a scam.

Bad costumer support for a rather expensive item

Awful. Was sent a defective, very expensive, laundry hamper with the hydraulic strut arm attached to one of the thin side slats that was merely stapled to the hamper frame, and thus failed (the force of the struct pulled the side slat out of the frame and broke it at the staple entry points). I very clearly explained that the unit I received did not match what was on the website or in the instructions, but was told I assembled it incorrectly. I had to appeal to American Express for relief. We will never purchase anything Safavieh again.

I placed an order in February and knew it was on back order until May, but then the date passed and I hadn’t heard anything so I inquired and was told it was now on back order under July. I still haven’t received notification, apology for inconvenience, or anything. I can only assume at this time that it is still on track for July?!? I have already designed my room around this rug so I don’t want to cancel but I would like some transparency and communication regarding the status.

I love your products and the website is great- but I’ve never received this particular product….
