The rug was back ordered but worth the wait. I couldn’t be happier. The color and texture are exactly what I expected.

I have ordered rugs from Safavieh in the past and been pleased. Good quality, looks like the image on the site. I ordered 2 runners in Grey/ Beige Which is the same as the previous. When they arrived they were pale blue and cream. Beautiful but the wrong color. Getting ahold of someone for a return has been difficult. No one answered my emails. I forms a customer service number and the process for a return label includes sending pictures and explanation. I still haven’t heard from Safavieh Home. It has been 6 days. Stay tuned.

I have left a message days and days ago and still have not been responded to so my opinion is not good of a company, that I purchased expensive chairs from, not to respond for a simple question regarding another purchase I want to make. I love my chairs. I spent far more than I wanted to for them but the quality is nice. If they are paying for designers to help customers, they need to reevaluate the people they have hired to represent.

Arrived broken - no one will contact me about return. Awful customer service

This piece of furniture emitted such toxic fumes after unboxing I had to leave my apartment for days. My neighbors even complained about the smell. I took the TV console out of my apartment, bought a purifier and now it is slightly tolerable. Except now I am stuck with this purchase even though I’m throwing it out.

Items showcased were exactly like they were mentioned but better. Items arrived quickly and nicely packed.

The shipment takes half year to deliver. When it's delivered, it's more disappointment than the excitement because the material is stiff. It is not comfortable to touch or put my foot on. The pattern is nice but overall I would not recommend this rug.

I contacted support and they said that I got what I paid for. That the specs (not photos) clearly showed black spots on the item.

Measurements on webpage were not exact

The most difficult process to return an item. No one answers the number for support, you leave multiple messages, no one returns your calls. Multiple emails just to get an RMA to do a simple return. Will NEVER buy a rug (or anything) from this compnay again.

I love this 2 drawer end table. It's perfect for my living room to store things. It's so pretty.

Description says “Marble top. ” Reality is a slab of particle board covered with contact paper printed to look like marble. Return process is slow and onerous
