It’s not worth the price. Looks like it came out of a mold… super heavy and hard to move around and doesn’t look hand carved like the initial pictures …but I made it work … it might be worth $800
My daughter received the same rug in a smaller size. It was stained all over. She returned hers and I refused this one
I really appreciated the price match. I always prefer buying straight from the company and not through a 3rd party. And I was very pleased that the rug arrived weeks ahead of schedule.
The delivery experience was not accommodating to me at all. They assigned me a delivery date that I had to be available for. Then the actual delivery was late and occurred at 10pm. An unacceptable hour
No issues with the delivery but just a note that we received the cabinet before we got the ship notification.
This dresser is beautiful, and ordering it was very easy. They also had a good sale price on their site, and the dresser came much sooner than expected. The delivery experience wasn’t bad but could have been slightly better. Although the delivery company was courteous on the phone they could not give a delivery time estimate or phone call, and said they could not place it in driveway in front of garage (which would have been easier for them and for us it MUST be placed on the front porch. ???). Although this made it much harder for my husband and me, and them also I’m sure, this was not the fault of Safavieh. The dresser did arrive safely and was in good condition other than one of the feet seems defective- it would not screw in. We did not seek to have this resolved, we just left it that way as we can’t tell by looking at it that there is an issue. Based on this experience, I would order from Safavieh again in the future.

I love mine! My order was pretty fast and was packed very securely.
Ordered in July after said it was in stock. Tracking created and still no delivery well into September for a $1355 purchase. Absolutely zero communication and had to call them in August for an update. Tracking has never gone live and now they want to know how they did. It's a one star for me right now. I just want to know where my furniture is, when to expect it, and some inkling of a clue on what I need to do as a customer to complete this transaction. Terrible service and communication. Currently no delivery in sight. Willing to wait for what I want, not willing to participate on a purchase that I have to constantly chase down because they don't have the ability to inform the customer of status. With technology today, this is pretty unacceptable!
Table has been on order for months. Still have not received it
Hooker is a quality furniture brand, and the delivery was both timely and professional. The delivery personnel arrived on time, were polite, respectful and completed the installation and cleaned up prior to leaving. I highly recommend both the brand and the company, Safavieh Home Furnishings.
It took a long time to get it, but I'm happy. Easy to assemble.
The order took almost a month to arrive. Both lamps were not put together well, and they lean. The lean is very pronounced and obvious to the eye. They are both offset on the base, and the blue swishes are not the same. One looks like it faded. I reached out to customer service twice to resolve this issue, with no reply. Very disappointing because I really like your products.
I have received no response and it has been a week and a half. I have called daily and sent multiple emails with ZERO response

Had white glove service, yet they did not set up the bed. Only were able to put in my first floor
Well, it took almost 6 months to get the piece. The price was right, customer service was pleasant when I inquired, but it took so long I don’t even know why I ordered it in the first place. Why did I order this? Can March me explain it to me? Seemed like a simpler time. Now long, thin, tables seem silly.

Online order: I placed an online order with Safavieh and had multiple issues. The bench I ordered was listed as white, but arrived cream. Both my client and I were very disappointed. Returning it would have been too much of a hassle, so I had to take a loss on it. The floor lamp did not come with instructions. In turn, I had to spend my time looking up the instructions online. I emailed customer service 2x asking them to update my email address to my company email address. Not only was that never done, but I never even got a reply - either time! I certainly will not use Safavieh in the future, online or in-store; that awful experience can be found below. Chelsea Store: I'd give it a zero for customer service, but a five for the selection and the quality. If you average it out, it's a 2. 5, but in this instance, I'm rounding down. As an interior designer and founder of Glamour T Interiors, I’m always on the lookout for quality, standout pieces for my clients. I visited Safavieh and was initially impressed with their selection—beautiful, well-curated items that I was excited to incorporate into a project. We scheduled an appointment weeks in advance, but on the day of, we received an email saying our original sales associate had a pet emergency and we’d been reassigned. We showed up for the appointment as planned, were briefly greeted by the new associate, and told they were with another guest but would follow up with us shortly. Unfortunately, after 45 minutes of wandering the showroom with no further communication or assistance, we decided to leave. We walked down the street to CB2, found everything we needed, and ended up spending $7,500 there instead. In this industry, both product and service matter. Safavieh has a beautiful collection, but unfortunately, the customer experience just didn’t meet expectations.
