Sent wrong holster. Can’t get ahold of anyone

Customer service severely lacking. Received a defective product and have since returned it over a month ago, but not received a refund. 20+ emails and phone calls. Even with a supervisor, I can't get any help from safariland. In my 16 years of law enforcement, I have never had such problems with this company.

The 7305-SP10 7TS™ ALS®/SLS Single Strap Tactical Holster fits my Glock 19X perfectly. The level II retention ensures the weapon is safely secured during any rigorous movements yet allows for quick safe access. Given it’s a Glock, the trigger is protected by the holster until the weapon is clear before your finger can touch it preventing any possibility of prematurely discharging the weapon. Would definitely recommend this holster.
