You'll Need To File Down The Nubs To A Slight Slope, That Lock The Optic Hood In Place For A Smoother Draw. You'll Have To Take Some Buffing Compound To The SLS And Flip It Up And Down A Hounded Times And Then Oil To Make It Smooth. Make Sure Your Slide DOESN"T HAVE Any Jimping Or Slide Cuts Because They Will Get Caught On The ALS Mechanize, You'll Need A Smooth STOCK SLIDE Like The Glock 45 & RXM.

Customer service here is terrible. Have been trying to contact them for a month now about an order that I paid for and never received. Never got my order and still waiting for my refund

The purchase and shipping process was easy and the holster arrived when Safariland said it would.

I actually bought it for a shadow systems Cr920xl/cr920p handguns and it works very well for the most part. The only modification I had to make is dremeling the little holder piece that goes into the recoil spring slot that’s on Glock 48 style handguns. Doing that also makes it compatible with 43/43x styles with compensators. Love that the holster locks in very solid and holds in place amazingly! Worth the few months I had to wait for it!

Took to long for a cubl that I’m sure was on the shelf, not something that was being made. Not sure I’ll do any future business with Safariland, Alien gear is much faster getting me my stuff

Holster and mag carrier are great. I’ve used safariland products for years on the job. These products were no different and were great, except the holster didn’t work with the firearm I have. So I tried to return it. For weeks! Multiple times a week I tried to get ahold of customer service to return the holster or try to get a different one but was never able to get ahold of customer service. Holsters are great but service sucks.

I have been having nothing but issues with receiving all of my order. I have emailed and no response to my email until after I call and sit on hold. I am still waiting on half of my order I was told it was going to ship on August 7th. Sent an email asking for an update last week and still have not heard back received a tracking number or anything. I made the order in June.

Its been a month and a half and my holster still hasn't arrived. It shows it was on the way August 3rd and it’s still not here. I reached out to customer service multiple times in the last week and have not gotten a response from anyone. This holster is for work so it really sucks it not being here.

Terrible

Customer service was moderately responsive, but I was sent the wrong item and after over a month never received a resolution and e-mails were ignored. When I would follow up with phone reps, I was given the same runaround which seemed they were not documenting my concerns. I never received a replacement and had it altered to work. It was exigent I needed this as it is a duty holster. Unfortunately, very dissatisfied with the customer service and return process.
