Great product solves a few of my work related problems

It was not a good experience and they did not respond when I reached out.

Customer service was moderately responsive, but I was sent the wrong item and after over a month never received a resolution and e-mails were ignored. When I would follow up with phone reps, I was given the same runaround which seemed they were not documenting my concerns. I never received a replacement and had it altered to work. It was exigent I needed this as it is a duty holster. Unfortunately, very dissatisfied with the customer service and return process.

Fast shipping Good product

While, this is advertised as a level three retention holster. It is barely even a level two retention. My firearm sits very loose in this holster. I would look elsewhere for something that correctly seats your needs. Frankly, this product is trash and you’re better off saving your money or spending elsewhere than buying this. Do not buy this.

Shipping is an issue. It took a month to receive an item listed in stock.
