I purchased 2 holsters. Prior to ordering 2nd, I called the customer service to verify that it would. After arrival, I called back to the customer service when it didn’t and response I got was “it says it fit so it fits. Provide proof that it doesn’t. ” A good company should be followed by a great customer service. Do Safariland even know how bad their rating is in Yelp as an example. It’s horrible

I was sent the wrong product and not what I ordered. This is not the first time this has happened. I love safariland products but I always have this issue of getting the wrong holsters sent and always having to send them back.

Below mid at best. Idk what happened to the company. The quality of 6 years ago is gone. Will be switching to AlienGear from now on. Sorry

There was a mix up with the washers that you use for the mag holder and I emailed pictures of the mistake they made and I never received an email confirming they received my email and out of the blue I received an email that some parts were ordered and to be delivered to me, I guess they got my email, lol would have been nice to get a sorry about the mistake and we will send out some replacement parts to you right away. Oh and also, here is a complimentary t-shirt, lol

Ordered the 6360 for a M&P 2. 0 and an SRO and got the standard rmr fit. Called customer service and they told me I’d pay a restocking fee to exchange for the right holster. Instead of dealing with the hassle of an exchange, I filed and adjusted the holster til it fit. Beware if you buy a non rmr standard optic fitment, you’ll likely get the wrong holster. Seems they don’t care to read your order instructions. Likely won’t order from safariland online in the future. What a hassle. 0/10.

The fit was perfect on the gun (Glock 19X/TLR1 HL/EOTECH EFLX). I’m not carrying the smallest firearm in the world so I don’t expect it to be completely without imprint. All in all shipping was within its stated window. The holster is secure and fairly comfortable within reason. I would buy another if needed.

Safariland is the best retention holster out there. Trust me, I've tried to save money with other holsters and it just doesn't work. All my bargain holsters are stacked up like cord wood. By Safariland first and save money.

The holster itself is nice, comfortable to wear and in my limits experience with holsters seems like good quality material. But the order was wrong and customer service hasn't gotten to me at all. I got the right holster series but the configuration was the exact opposite of what I ordered and weeks later I still haven't gotten a response to my email asking about it.

The team was very fast and phone service was excellent kept me in the loop of the entire process. A must buy over tier one,!

Great holster

Hey guys I’ll tell you what, it’s very hard to find a holster for the 509 tactical. Not only am I satisfied I’m going to by the drop holster as well. Thanks for being great guys Army veteran from 2015 2024.

I’ve been using the incog for over 2 weeks now and in my first honest opinion. it’s one of the best iwb holsters i’ve used. super comfortable and love how it holds the gun nice and snug to the body. Great holsters! Shipping was also very very timely. took about 5 business days and it was here!
