Quick response from customer service and a great product. It took a bit to figure out exactly what parts I needed to order for the ideal holster setup.

I’m glad Safariland finally offers a level 2 OWB holster for my Sig 365 macro WITH TLR7. We need more level 2 for other manufacturers. I personally prefer OWB CCW because I’m a larger man that enjoys ingestion and just don’t have the real estate to carry appendix or even IWB. I have many other holsters for many other pistols both Safariland and others but this by far the largest but I still manage to CC it. Easy use, comfortable other than size but that the price you pay to carry a secured gun and light. Lock mechanism is quick and flawless. Would recommend both for carry but more for duty.

Returned my holster and wanted an exchange and have gotten no updates from customer service. For a company that supports law enforcement, Safariland truly has some of the worst customer service I have experienced from any website/manufacturer.

I never received this holster. They shipped me the wrong one and now they tell me it could be a month before I receive the correct one. Very temped to cancel this and return the wrong one and go to your competitor. None of the (bad attitude) people I’ve talked to have apologized or acted like they cared. Extremely disappointed

Please work on customer service service return process. I own several Safariland holsters that I love and recommend to all. I’m distant this one didn’t work out but not as disappointed in the return process. Still waiting for an RMA after two online submissions and call in.
