I bought this for my first ever safariland holster and I was not disappointed. This holster is absolutely phenomenal.

Never received mag caddy

I have run numerous live fire drills with this holster, now. The levers were a bit stiff for maybe 30 dry fire draw reps before things loosened up. Now it feels great! While this holster is not advertised as being sold to fit the TLR8 flashlight, my Glock 19 with a TLR8 fits in and secures perfectly in the holster built for the TLR1.

Shipping was little off didn’t get any notification after the sale email. Would like to get more on tracking.

Safariland has zero customer support for choosing the right product, eventually someone else will take over this category and surpass safariland. Good luck!

Haven’t received my order after nearly a month

I’ve had around a dozen safariland holsters over my career, all bought from retailers, none directly from safariland. This was the first time i bought directly from safariland and it was the worst. Customer service sucks. If you can manage to get ahold of someone, they are rude, like you inconvenienced them by calling. I was told my order was a “late order” and a “live ticket” was being generated for my order as it was delayed. I was told someone would email by the end of the day or the next day regarding my late order. I still haven’t gotten an email two weeks later. When the holsters (got 2 identical holsters, one multicam and one BW) arrived one worked, the gun went in and out smoothly with no issues. The BW one was a disaster. The gun got hung up and had to be pulled out of the holster with 2 hands. But seeing as i didnt want to deal with safariland customer service because it is non-existent, i fixed it with a file and sandpaper. Buy Rapid Force if you can, not safariland.

Purchase and shipping went well with no complaints.
