Return policy is ridiculous for such an expensive item. I missed the return policy start date by ONE DAY due to the fact that 4 July was on a Thursday and I had guests at my house for a week. I now own a $500 dress that I hate and does not fit right.

Gorgeous and wonderful service! I got bridesmaid dresses and had to exchange sizes, and the exchange process was so slick. I'm in love with the dresses and am so happy they were easy to order.

Not worth it

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I cannot stress this enough. I am a first time customer and purchased a >$1000 dress. I was meticulous in trying on the dress – I showered, ensured I had no makeup on, and was incredibly careful. I ended up returning the dress, but my return was rejected by the returns department because I "stained" the dress. There is no way I stained the dress – not only was I careful as I previously described, but the dress was in my possession less than 48 hours. Furthermore, they have TERRIBLE customer service. There is only one person who works for customer service (Stephanie) who reads the same script over and over again and does NOT provide tailored service at all. You are then told to email "senior management," which I did TWICE, and to date, I have not received even a simple acknowledgement of my emails. This is a problem other customers have faced too, as there are other reviews describing this same situation. This would NEVER happen with Nordstrom, Saks, Bloomingdales, etc. DO NOT SHOP HERE – I cancelled all other orders placed. We will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, as it's time the government gets involved. (As an aside, their refund process takes FOREVER as well – do not expect your refund in less than 1 month.)

Ordered several dresses to wear to my son's wedding and liked them all. Most fit me perfectly in a size 4. Ended up liking the Brooke gown best but it was huge in the 4. Bought the 2 then and returned it as well. Ended up in the 0, which is crazy - I am not a 0. But loved the dress and got many compliments.
