Beautiful dress and superb service.

Honestly, the return window is so short, this whole process was rather stressful. Between a brother in law that passed away and a grandson that was born 3 weeks early and in the nicu for 11 days, I was barely home to take care of the return. I may possibly have purchased a dress that I am very uncomfortable in for my daughter’s wedding. The hug doesn’t stay on and the refund for the first hug I ordered is still not refunded after 30 days. Terrible way to handle a customer. If I can’t get one of your dresses from Saks or Nordstrom, I will not order in the future

The fabric showed several flaws prior to wearing. I did not notice them right away and after reaching out I was told it had been too long and nothing could be done despite the fact that the dress had not been worn. Disappointed in the service and quality of the dress

Again, horrible customer service if you’re trying to do a very simple return. If I wasn’t on this, I think they’d keep/steal my money.

Online buying and delivery were great. The return process was easy but don’t understand why it takes a month or more to get a refund. That doesn’t happen with any other store. Definitely need to improve that!

Do Not Purchase. Returned a dress after trying on for 2 minutes. Dress was to large. Repacked and sent back. Received email 35 days after they received dress that it was damaged and they are not refunding but sending me the dress back. Ongoing dispute at this time. They send me photos of a damaged dress. Mine did not have damage. Read return policy as well. I didn’t see it until I received email. It shouldnt even apply as my dress went back exactly as it came. Do not buy direct. If you are set on having their dresses go to dept store. I will never buy or recommend this company to anyone! Sorry I couldn’t give negative stars
