Have not received refund after 6 weeks

I’ve returned my items over 30 days ago and have yet to receive my refund! No other company operates like this and takes this long to make a simple return/refund.

So easy to order on line. I call the customer service number to inquire about their returns & exchange policy. Do easy and very reasonable

The order was fulfilled promptly. However, the refund process is not timely which is very disappointing considering I ordered a number of dresses in different sizes, styles and colors. It's been more than 45 days since SB a has received my returns and my refunds are still pending. Very frustrating and not good business practice.

All was shipped quickly and in good condition. Sent 2 returns back and unhappy with how long it takes for refund. Still have not received refunds but returns were received by your company weeks ago and can't order other options without the money.

Comfortable and light weight for an Arizona wedding.

I really wish I read the reviews on other dresses on this site before attempting to purchase a dress from here. I only took the risk of trying a dress I was not sure about the sizing on knowing I could return it. Well, I got the item, it was comically large on top compared to the rest of the dress and I knew without evening putting it on that it was going back. I packed it up promptly and sealed the box up. UPS made things easy and thought all was fine because I barely held the dress and sent it back within the return window. Not only to find out that they sent the dress back to me and on the same day it arrived at my house I got an email saying that my return has been rejected because the item was damaged and there was dog hair on it. I do not own a dog and could not have been the cause of this supposed dog hair. I hardly had the dress out of the box to even damage this item. I have never in my life had an issue with returning any clothing items. I take meticulous care of things I receive and if I know I do not want them I return them to their packaging right away. I tried to reach customer service by phone. No luck. I tried their chat feature in the window of time they were open. No response. I tried sending an email response to the damage claim. Postmaster sent it back because the user rejected it. I tried to send an email to their customer care. No response. This is the most outrageous thing that has ever happened to me with buying a dress. The damage honestly looks like someone took scissors to it and snipped it purposely. I will attempt to keep contacting this company in hopes to remedy this but it looks like based on other reviews I have now seen on other dresses that will be useless and I am looking at having to get some serious alterations to this dress for my wedding since I sunk all this money into a dishonorable company. This company and business is an entire scam. They tried to claim I wore the dress that I returned to them since it doesn’t go over my hips. Their returns department sent it back to me with green tape on the inside indicating “I” stained and wore the dress. I have photos of it not fitting me and to top it off, the red security tag is still attached to the dress. In order to remove the security tag you have to cut it. It’s still attached! Do not buy from this brand, they will steal your money!! $550 dollars down the drain. NOT WORTH even ordering to try!! Stay away. All of their dresses are a size off anyways and not consistent in the cuts. Nothing ever works.
