Our custom ring is beautiful and we have a great story to go with it. Donna was easy to work with and with the expedited process we were able to have our ring in plenty of time for our event. I highly recommend Rustic & Main. (And go to the Neighborhood Cafe in Huntersville).

Loved the process and the result.

Great service, great communication and great company! We received our sizer and tried it on, sent it back and received the ring a week later. Highly recommend Rustic and Main

The ring is beautiful. The ordering process was incredibly easy. And I received my ring within four weeks, well within the timeframe I need. The ring came in a cute little box with certificates of authenticity which I wasn’t expecting, but I’m grateful they were included. Overall, what a great experience.

Website was easy to use to design the ring. The staff were helpful with getting the sizing right. The results were way better than the online render.

Perfect sizing and timely delivery

My husband loves his Dark Tide ring! He is enamored with the black mother of pearl inlay and that the band could be purchased in rose gold. We were nervous about buying the ring without being able to see it in person, but we had a virtual consultation over Zoom and the team answered all of our questions. The sizing process was excellent, getting the ring in the desired size and width felt better than the process in a typical jewelry store. The sizes are slightly different than the size we were given elsewhere so I highly recommend using the custom sizers. The ring fits great. It felt like shipping the sizers each way took a long time but that was really where most of the time after ordering went. Once they had the desired ring size, the ring was here quickly. From the day it was ordered until the day it was received was about 5 weeks. We are very happy with our purchase.

Exactly as expected. Got the ring sizers in advance to confirm size. Zero issues with shipping. Very happy with my purchase.

Easy to pick out what you wanted and beautiful designs.

You have a great company and thank you for our beautiful ring. Can't wait to get the wedding bands made.

They did great! The ring looks wonderful, customer service is great and they got it to me about 3 weeks before I requested it! All around great experience

My fiance absolutely loves this ring. He loves how comfortable it is and how it looks. The team was amazing and very easy to reach. Will definitely use them again in the future!

R&M really lived up to the hype! Happy I gave them the business , they deserve it !

This ring is absolutely beautiful in person! My fiancé loves it, and it was shipped so fast! Truly a great experience using their ring sizers to find the perfect fit. You can tell this company truly cares about what they craft and cares about their customers.

Very good experience! Excellent service!!!

Very helpful in expediting my ring and making sure it was delivered on time.

The ring is pretty much exactly what we hoped for! It was a nice surprise that the ring was lighter than anticipated. The only thing that we would say is the website does show the rings in a brighter light so it is slightly darker than expected but still amazing nonetheless. My fiancé cannot wait to wear it every day.

I would definitely purchase another ring from rustic and main!

Great communication, timing, and product.

Great in-person experience. Beautiful quality, exactly what we wanted. Shipped fairly quickly.
