This company is top notch from customer service to the final product! Highly recommend!

Everything about my experience with this company had been fantastic. From the customer service, the shipping and the product itself. I was so nervous buying my fiancé’s wedding ring online but they made it so easy and seamless. I would one million percent buy another piece of jewelry here and recommend them to people looking for unique pieces.

Everything was outstanding!

We loved it!!!

Exceptional service. Quality design and materials. Great value.

Love it! It’s beautiful and he says he can’t wait to wear it (not married yet).

Absolute perfection! We love the ring so much!! Every step of the process was smooth & easy!

Ring delivered on time. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Great job,Love it !!!

I absolutely adore my ring. The pictures did not do it justice. Had a sizing issue, that was 100% my fault for not using the sizer over a longer period. No fault of R&M. Reached out by the R&M team and got it sorted out. Great group.

Marketing images and final product were very consistent. Ordering the ring size kit and actual ring was super easy. The website provided all of the information I was looking for and the follow up email after I placed my order was very informative and helped me understand what was coming next. The ring came in the time promised and it is stunning. All around great experience. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I love my ring my fiancé also loves my ring. You made a custom ring with wood from my barn, maple from a saw handle, and walnut from my first project. You also sent the unused off cuts back so I can continue to use them. Absolutely amazing service.

Very happy with the quality of not just the ring, but also the excellent communication and customer service with Rustic & Main! The ring looks amazing and arrived on time before the big day. Thank you!

Happy Custom Ring Customer -The custom experience was seamless. We got help one on one with ordering and we live our new piece.

From start to finish they were wonderful to work with! We wanted matching rings with custom materials from our travels and our rings came out beautiful! They have quick and great responses, everyone I spoke to was so helpful, and our rings are exactly what we wanted!

Came in super quick! Is just like the picture and came with the authentication certificate. I got mine engraved and it came out perfect!

My husband loves history and guns. Being in law enforcement, I knew this was the ring to represent him and my own love of the romancitic knod to WWII. My own hero. . . I love seeing it on his finger! He says it's super comfortable and surprised by how lightweight it is! He loves it as well! Thank you for such a great ring!

Working with rustic and Maine, including getting the sizing kit and sending in details about the ring, felt simple and professional. Very excited about the ring and how it will symbolize the strength of the partnership with my partner for years to come.

Everyone we worked with went above and beyond to make sure sizing went right, and we got the ring in time. This ring is truly one of a kind and is exactly what my fiancé wanted. We are so pleased with it and everyone we have shown is amazed. We will definitely be recommending your services to friends.

From the moment I first contacted them with questions before making my purchase, the entire experience was wonderful. They were very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The ring sizer arrived just a few days after I placed my order, which made choosing the right size very easy. The whole process was simple, smooth, and relatively fast. They also stayed true to their estimated timelines, which I really appreciated. And the ring itself is absolutely perfect! My now-husband loved it. The color and design are beautiful and perfect for men. We couldn’t be happier with the final result. I highly recommend them!

Looks great and fits perfect. Thank you so much
