Very happy with the ring I ordered from Rustic & Main. I originally was looking for a custom ring for my fiancé because I wanted to add a specific airplane part into it. I found Rustic & Main through a Google search, and they were so helpful right from the start. I initially reached out by email just to ask some initial questions, and they were super responsive and provided examples of the work they had done for me to reference. When I was ready to purchase, I was able to have a consultation on Zoom to walk through how I should fill out the form. Throughout the ring-making process, they followed up with me at various points. It was super easy to send my custom material over to them, and originally, they stated that it would be a 6-8 week turnaround. The process from first placing the order to having the ring in my hand was 18 days. This was way faster than anticipated, for which I am extremely grateful. I am super thankful for how responsive they were throughout the entire process. I am also glad I was able to find Rustic & Main, as my significant other is a military veteran, and I like that this is a company with a story! It's kind of cool that the person who created his ring was also a Marine vet. Overall, so grateful for this simple ring process, and it turned out STUNNING and has its own story now!

I had a great experience overall. The craftsmanship and quality of the ring exceeded my expectations, and the hammered finish looks even better in person. Communication throughout the process was excellent, shipping was fast, and everything arrived exactly as described.
