We absolutely loved our experience with Rustic and Main. It was super important to us to find a ring that felt unique, and we had looked for months without success before discovering this business. As soon as we walked into the shop, it was very clear to us that we would find the right ring here. The shop itself is warm and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Danny worked with us on deciding on a ring and was also very easy to reach via email while I️ decided on a few customizations for the ring. The final result is even better than we imagined. My fiancé loves it and receives so many compliments. We are so happy that we found Rustic and Main, and look forward to returning in the future.

Amazing fit service and product! Highly recommend!

Rustic and Main did an excellent job designing and executing my custom ring. I wanted to use some wood that had personal meaning to me, and they happily worked through the process with me to make sure it was what I wanted. They are professional, kind, and everything you want to support in a small business.

Rustic and Main had fantastic communication with their clients and the quality is exemplary! Would recommend to anyone looking for a unique ring.

I don’t think anywhere else could’ve been as helpful as Rustic and main. I got a custom ring made and had questions regarding if they could make it happen, I wanted to include a piece of a P-51 Mustang aircraft from WW2 and after calling to help figure out a plan to achieve the perfect ring for my soon to be husband they knocked it out faster than expected. They helped every step of the way and really takes care of their customers. I loved his ring so much I couldn’t keep it a surprise and ended up showing my fiancé and he is absolutely amazed at the craftsmanship they put into it.

She loved the ring and gets lots of compliments from her friends and colleagues. “I did good”. Reasonable lead time, fast shipping and useful customer service.

My fiancé was wowed by the quality of this ring! It was crafted beautifully and fit perfect! No complaints. We loved buying from Rustic and Main!

Ring is lovely! The inlays online look bigger than in person is all

Great quality of work

I absolutely love the ring! It look amazing and fits perfect!

Came out even better than expected! Also got shipped to us so quickly with more than enough time before our wedding! Service was great as well! We knew exactly when it was being worked on and when it was completed! My fiance absolutely loves it! Fit is perfect! Overall 10/10!

Priceless work!

My husband loves it, and the customer service is amazing

Rustic and Main’s team was incredible. From craftsmanship, to customer support, they were above and beyond anything I had hoped for. While majority of their rings were out of my budget, and I had to switch rings from a lower budget to a custom ring, their Customer Service team, as well as the ring makers themselves went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations and well worth the higher purchase point. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone needing a quality ring! 15/10 stars! Esme you are a delight; thank you for all your help!

Beautiful ring. Special thanks to Ryan for taking the time to craft such a beautiful piece of jewelry. Everyone at Rustic and Main gave us a welcomed and relaxed experience. Highly recommend especially if you are looking for something unique and personalized.

The turn around time wasn’t bad at all. My wedding isn’t til next year but I like to have things ahead of time so the shipping time for me wasn’t a rush at all . I love how they take their time to perfect their craft and put so much love into it . It makes the ring even more special .

Beautiful ring! Arrived on time and customer service was excellent when I had a question about the sizing, very accommodating and helpful!

Absolutely beautiful and unique wedding band. It’s exactly what I wanted.
