I don’t think anywhere else could’ve been as helpful as Rustic and main. I got a custom ring made and had questions regarding if they could make it happen, I wanted to include a piece of a P-51 Mustang aircraft from WW2 and after calling to help figure out a plan to achieve the perfect ring for my soon to be husband they knocked it out faster than expected. They helped every step of the way and really takes care of their customers. I loved his ring so much I couldn’t keep it a surprise and ended up showing my fiancé and he is absolutely amazed at the craftsmanship they put into it.

She loved the ring and gets lots of compliments from her friends and colleagues. “I did good”. Reasonable lead time, fast shipping and useful customer service.

The turn around time wasn’t bad at all. My wedding isn’t til next year but I like to have things ahead of time so the shipping time for me wasn’t a rush at all . I love how they take their time to perfect their craft and put so much love into it . It makes the ring even more special .
