The ring is beautiful. The ordering process was incredibly easy. And I received my ring within four weeks, well within the timeframe I need. The ring came in a cute little box with certificates of authenticity which I wasn’t expecting, but I’m grateful they were included. Overall, what a great experience.

Perfect sizing and timely delivery

My husband loves his Dark Tide ring! He is enamored with the black mother of pearl inlay and that the band could be purchased in rose gold. We were nervous about buying the ring without being able to see it in person, but we had a virtual consultation over Zoom and the team answered all of our questions. The sizing process was excellent, getting the ring in the desired size and width felt better than the process in a typical jewelry store. The sizes are slightly different than the size we were given elsewhere so I highly recommend using the custom sizers. The ring fits great. It felt like shipping the sizers each way took a long time but that was really where most of the time after ordering went. Once they had the desired ring size, the ring was here quickly. From the day it was ordered until the day it was received was about 5 weeks. We are very happy with our purchase.
